Training sessions you can book:

Strength and endurance training   ( calisthenics, weights, circuits, hiit)
Pilates class  ( classical or contemporary )

Pregnancy / Rehabilitation workout

Where:

In your house, apartment, villa, hotel, resort, yacht; throughout the whole island of Ibiza, all year round.

Personalized training:

Different factors are taken into consideration throughout the class, such as physical health, body condition and the particular anatomy of each client, their personal needs and individual goals.

Equipment:

Choose between kettlebells, battlerope, ankle weights, resistance bands, bars, dumbells, fitballs, softballs, pilates rings, TRX, ; each client decides his or her challenge.

Duration of the class:

1 hour / or as specified by the client
